What happens if I need to return something?
Defective Product - To return a defective product for one full year after purchase, call our customer service department at 800-848-7232 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will replace the defective product or issue you a refund in full for all defective product returned. Remember, that's for one full year!
Non-defective Product - To return products that are not defective, (customer ordered incorrectly - customer changed his/her mind, etc.) call our customer service department at 800-848-7232 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will issue a replacement or refund at the customers request for all unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking charge and paper products, a 30% restocking charge. Restocking charges are applied at the sole discretion of OfficeSupplyOutfitters and is determined by, but not limited to, condition of returned product.
