Very simply if you change your mind for any reason for up to 30 days from your purchase date OSO will refund your purchase or provide an exchange, at your option, for any unused, unopened products returned. Unused and unopened products must be received by OfficeSupplyOutfitters in resalable condition. At the discretion of OfficeSupplyOutfitters, non defective returns are subject to a restocking charge as defined below. Original shipping costs paid with the purchase are not refundable for returns of non defective products. The cost of shipping non defective product is the responsibility of the purchaser.

What happens if I need to return something?
Defective Remanufactured or New Compatible Brand (non-OEM / generic) Product - To return a defective product for one full year after purchase, call our customer service department at 800-848-7232 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will replace the defective product or issue you a refund in full for all defective product returned. Remember, that's for one full year!
All Other Defective Products - Visit the website of the manufacturer to follow instructions from that manufacturer or call their warranty department. If you need assistance call or email us for help from one of our cheerful customer care reps.
Non-defective Product - To return products that are not defective, (customer ordered incorrectly - customer changed his/her mind, etc.) call our customer service department at 800-848-7232 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will issue a replacement or refund at the customer's request for all unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking charge and for paper products a 30% restocking charge. Original shipping costs paid by purchaser may not be refunded for the return of non defective product return and cost of shipping the non defective product return is the responsibility of the purchaser. OfficeSupplyOutfitters encourages purchaser to use a shipping service that has package tracking available as OfficeSupplyOutfitters will issue refunds only after the non defective product return is received and inspected by OfficeSupplyOutfitters staff. Restocking charges are applied at the sole discretion of OfficeSupplyOutfitters and is determined by, but not limited to, condition of returned product.

Examples of price verification would be address of website with lower price, copy of any printed advertisement listing a lower price, sales receipt with a lower price, invoice with lower price, or name and page # of any catalogue with a lower price. Prices verified must be for a comparable product only. Prices will be based on our lowest price level and with our free unit averaged in if applicable and with online instant rebate included if applicable. The price guarantee is applicable to regular retail prices, not to temporary sale prices or daily specials. Our guarantee is extended to end users only and does not apply to dealers who purchase for resale. Comparable pricing is to end user prices not distributor prices.
