Triple Protection Guarantee
Defective Products We warrant all of our products to be free from defect for one year from the purchase date. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with the performance of your product, just give us a call and we will: Troubleshoot the issue.... most issues can resolved in minutes on the phone! Replace your defective product with a new one... exchanges are made at our expense. We email or fax you a pre-paid return label. Refund your purchase in full. If we are not able to provide you with an exchange we will refund your purchase.
Non-Defective Products Very simply, if you change your mind for any reason, we will refund your purchase for up to 30 days after your purchase date for any unopened, unused products (paper products excepted). We will only refund for products that are purchased from us.
Price Protection Guarantee! If you can find a better verified price on any of our compatible line of products, for up to 30 days after your purchase, we will refund you the difference! It's that easy. Read the 'Fine Print' below for details.
What happens if I need to return something?
Defective Products - to return a defective product during the one year warranty period, call our customer service department at 800-483-8166 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will replace the defective product or issue you a refund in full for all defective product returned.
Non-Defective Product - to return products that are not defective, (customer ordered incorrectly - customer changed his/her mind, etc.) call our customer service department at 800-483-8166 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will issue a replacement or refund at the customer's request for all unopened, unused products (paper products excepted) returned within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Non-defective paper products are not returnable. Original shipping costs paid by purchaser may not be refunded for the return of non-defective product return and cost of shipping the non-defective product return is the responsibility of the purchaser. We encourage you to use a shipping service that has package tracking available as we can only issue refunds after the non-defective product return is received and inspected by our staff. Restocking charges are applied at the sole discretion of OfficeSupplyOutfitters and is determined by, but not limited to, condition of returned product.
The Fine Print!
Defective cartridges returned that are found to be less than 10% full (based on gram weight) of the original amount of ink or toner are deemed as beyond their cartridge life and are not covered by our guarantee.
All returns require a return authorization number. You can receive an RA number by calling one of our friendly customer care team members at 800-483-8166. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal by our shipping department.
Price guarantee applies to our compatible line of products and does not include any OEM products offered for sale on our website. Examples of price verification would be address of website with lower price, copy of any printed advertisement listing a lower price, sales receipt with a lower price, invoice with lower price, or name and page # of any catalogue with a lower price. Prices verified must be for a comparable product only. Prices will be based on our lowest price level and with our free unit averaged in if applicable and with online instant rebate included if applicable. The price guarantee is applicable to regular retail prices, not to temporary sale prices or daily specials. Our guarantee is extended to end users only and does not apply to dealers who purchase for resale. Comparable pricing is to end user prices not distributor prices.
