- Your toner, inkjet, fax, copier cartridge or ink ribbon order will be shipped the same day as ordered if received by noon Pacific time. Orders placed after noon Pacific will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or legal holidays.
- Orders are shipped by Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver or if shipping to an APO or FPO address, by USPS. See below for ground rates and call us for expedited delivery rates.
- We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered outside of California.
- It is with pride that we ship our toner, inkjet, fax and copier cartridges and ink ribbons to our overseas military customers using an APO or FPO address. Orders placed to APO or FPO addresses are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and if placed by noon Pacific time will be shipped the same day.
- We ship from a variety of locations across the USA and dependent on stock will expedite your order by shipping from the closest location to your destination address.
- If you order more than one item and we cannot expedite shipping, we may at our option, split the order. If we do this, it would be only to decrease the shipping time to you and we would never increase your cost of shipping.
- Our average shipping time is 2-3 business days, but each order can vary dependent on the details of the order. Orders rarely, if ever, take more than 5 business days to arrive unless there is an exception.
- Your shipping charges appear on the billing page after you have selected your method of delivery & before you enter your payment information.
